Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with those affected by COVID-19.

During this unprecedented time of global crisis, our top priority continues to be the health and well-being of our employees while we continue to service our distribution partners and installers. As we continue to serve our customers, we are adhering to the CDC, state, and federal guidelines; and we are closely monitoring the situation to ensure readiness to adapt to new regulations.

Operations: We are open and responding to customer issues and technical requests via email and live phone calls with no delay.

Manufacturing: Our US and global manufacturing sites are operating at standard capacity. Our team is hard at work to minimize any potential disruption.

Distributions: We are shipping to our distribution partners at an expedited rate. Almost all of ICC’s distribution partners are open. Some distributors offer a safe, pickup locker. If you are not able to get a hold of your regular distributor, please email us at cs@icc.com, and we will find a distributor to serve you immediately.
