ICC warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of original purchase.

The warranty is issued to the original purchaser only, and is not transferable in any way at any time. If any failure to conform to this warranty becomes apparent during the warranty period, purchaser shall promptly notify and return such defective product to ICC (F.O.B. ICC at Anaheim, California) together with proof of purchase to establish such claim. Products covered under this warranty must be purchased from an authorized ICC distributor. This warranty shall not apply to any damage or product failure that is caused by any condition beyond ICC’s control, including, but not limited to, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper installation or application, alteration, acts of God, or normal wear and tear. ICC shall not be liable for any costs of removal or installation. ICC’s sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective item at ICC’s discretion.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. ICC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ICC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS, DELAY, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.

Coverage: Guaranteed system performance from end-to-end for 15 years from the date of installation. Coverage includes the replacement of ICC products only.

How to Apply for a Warranty

1. Install ICC from end-to-end, including premise cable.
2. Submit a 15-Year Site Registration Form with invoices within 30 days.

Qualifications:

1. Must be registered as an Elite Installer prior to installation.
2. Must install ICC category-rated premise cabling and optical fiber connecting hardware from end-to-end.

Coverage: Guaranteed system performance from end-to-end for the usable life of the cabling system. Coverage includes replacement of ICC products and labor to replace them.

How to Apply for a Warranty

1. Submit a Lifetime Verified Site Form prior to installation.
2. Install and test, then submit result within 30 days.

Qualifications:

1. Must be registered as a Certified Elite Installer prior to installation.
2. Must install ICC category-rated connectivity products, plus ICC horizontal premise cable as an end-to-end Permanent Link solution.
