ICC warrants to the original end-user purchaser that ICC products purchased new from ICC or an ICC-authorized distributor will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of three (3) years from the date of original retail purchase. This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from ICC or an ICC-authorized distributor. Products acquired from any unauthorized reseller, unauthorized distributor, or unauthorized third-party marketplace seller, including without limitation unauthorized sellers on Amazon or other online marketplaces, are not covered by this Limited Warranty.

This Limited Warranty is issued solely to the original end-user purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of original purchase, including the purchase date, product identification, and the identity of the ICC-authorized distributor must be provided as a condition of any warranty claim. ICC reserves the right to reject any warranty claim where proof of purchase is missing, altered, incomplete, inconsistent, or reflects a purchase from a seller that is not authorized by ICC.

To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must notify ICC within the applicable warranty period and request return authorization in accordance with ICC procedures. The purchaser must return the allegedly defective product, freight prepaid and properly packaged, together with proof of purchase and any other information reasonably requested by ICC to evaluate the claim. ICC may inspect and test the product to determine whether a defect covered by this Limited Warranty exists.

If ICC determines, in its sole discretion, that the product is defective and covered by this Limited Warranty, ICC's sole and exclusive obligation, and the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy, shall be limited to repair of the product, replacement of the product with a new or refurbished product of equal or comparable function, or refund of the original purchase price or depreciated value, at ICC's sole option, where repair or replacement is not commercially reasonable or available. Any repaired or replacement product shall be warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period. Any product replaced under this Limited Warranty shall become the property of ICC.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to, and ICC shall have no liability or obligation with respect to, any product that: (a) has been purchased from an unauthorized reseller, distributor, or marketplace seller; (b) has been resold as used, open-box, refurbished, remarketed, gray-market, or not intended for authorized sale in the United States or Canada; (c) has been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper handling, improper storage, improper installation, improper testing, improper application, abnormal physical or electrical stress, or use outside the product's intended purpose or specifications; (d) has been altered, tampered with, repaired, or serviced by any person or entity not authorized by ICC; (e) has been damaged by acts of God, fire, flood, lightning, power surges, environmental conditions, transportation damage, or other causes beyond ICC's reasonable control; or (f) has been rendered defective by normal wear and tear. ICC shall not be responsible for any costs associated with removal, reinstallation, access, diagnostics, or field labor.

ICC reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the product, the chain of distribution, and the identity and authorization status of the seller before honoring any claim. Serial numbers, date codes, labels, packaging, or other identifying marks that have been removed, altered, defaced, or rendered illegible may void this Limited Warranty. Products sold by unauthorized sellers are ineligible for warranty service even where the product appears new or unused, because ICC cannot verify the product's origin, handling, storage conditions, or chain of custody.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY PROVIDED BY ICC WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS AND IS MADE EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, AND LIABILITIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, ALL OF WHICH ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. ICC DOES NOT AUTHORIZE ANY DISTRIBUTOR, AGENT, OR OTHER PERSON TO MODIFY, EXTEND, OR ASSUME ANY WARRANTY OBLIGATION ON ITS BEHALF.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ICC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE, COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS, OR DELAY DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ICC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ALL EVENTS, ICC’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY EVEN IF ANY LIMITED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

Any claim under this Limited Warranty must be made during the applicable warranty period. Failure to provide timely notice, required documentation, or the product for inspection shall bar the claim. ICC reserves the right to refuse warranty service where the claim is fraudulent, abusive, unsupported, or otherwise outside the scope of this Limited Warranty.

Coverage: Guaranteed system performance from end-to-end for 15 years from the date of installation. Coverage includes the replacement of ICC products only.

How to Apply for a Warranty

1. Install ICC from end-to-end, including premise cable.
2. Submit a 15-Year Site Registration Form with invoices within 30 days.

Qualifications:

1. Must be registered as an Elite Installer prior to installation.
2. Must install ICC category-rated premise cabling and optical fiber connecting hardware from end-to-end.
