OH – An ICC Elite Installer was awarded a data cabling contract for a county courthouse in Ohio. The installer expanded the backbone cabling using ICC’s Category 6 (CAT 6) system.
The CAT 6 system consisted of 90,000 feet of CAT 6 riser-rated cable in blue and approximately 500 CAT 6 keystone jacks in black. The installer terminated the jacks into 24-Port modular blank patch panels delivering more connectivity for communications between the entrance facility, equipment room, and telecommunications rooms.
After the installation, the installer tested and passed the system’s permanent link to TIA® spec and registered for ICC’s 15-Year Performance Warranty.
